What the twenty minutes covers

    Your portfolio, loaded

    We import a sample of your real records first. You see your own buildings and units, not a demo account belonging to nobody.

  2. 02

    The day's work

    Contracts expiring, cheques due tomorrow, anything bounced, units sitting vacant and what each landlord is owed — the screen your team would actually open each morning.

  3. 03

    The accounting, if you want it

    Bring your accountant. Post a rent receipt, bounce a cheque, deduct a management fee, then look at the trial balance and the VAT report. This is the part worth testing hardest.

  4. 04

    Honest answers about the gaps

    If something you need is not there, we will say so during the demo rather than let you discover it in week three of a trial.

Bringing your data

Send whatever you have — an Excel workbook, several of them, or a folder of exports. It does not need to be tidy, and it does not need to match a template. Sorting out other people's spreadsheets is the ordinary first step of every migration we do.

If you would rather not send real data before you know us, send it with the names changed. The structure is what matters for a demo.

We do not need your bank details, your cheque images or anything a tenant would consider sensitive in order to show you the system.

Before you book

Will I be put through a sales process?

No. You will talk to the person who builds the system. If PropertyDesk is a poor fit for how your office works, it is faster for both of us to establish that in twenty minutes than to run a trial that goes nowhere.

Can the demo be in Arabic?

Yes. The demo, the system and every report can run entirely in Arabic. Say which you prefer when you message us.

Can my accountant join?

Please bring them. The accounting is the part of PropertyDesk that most deserves scrutiny, and an accountant will get further in twenty minutes than an office manager will. Our accounting page publishes the exact journal for sixteen scenarios if they would like to look beforehand.

What happens after the demo?

If it looks useful, you get a 14-day trial with your data already loaded. There is no card and no commitment, and if you walk away at the end of it you take a full CSV export with you.
