In every plan, including the smallest
There is no feature gate. A two-user office on the Starter plan gets the same accounting engine, the same VAT invoicing and the same landlord portal as a four-hundred-unit operation.

The details people ask about
The setup fee covers migrating your existing records and training your team. It is waived while the Expansion Programme is open.
Paying annually gives you two months free. There is no minimum term on monthly billing and no cancellation penalty — if you leave, you export everything on the way out.
Extra users beyond your plan's allowance are AED 99 a month each. Starter includes 2, Professional 5 and Enterprise 10.
Above 400 units there is a custom tier with no upper limit on portfolio size. The system itself has no ceiling; the plans simply stop being sensible at that size.
The price you start on is held for 24 months. These are the list prices, not an introductory rate, so there is no step-up waiting at the end of it.
Pricing questions
Can the price go up after I sign up?
Not for 24 months. The price you start on is held for two years, and it is already the published list price — AED 349, 699 or 1,199 a month — not a discounted rate that later steps up. Those figures are on this page rather than hidden. You are free to change plan or leave at any point.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with no credit card. We would rather you spent it on your own data than on a sample database, so most offices start with a short demo, then trial the system with their real portfolio loaded.
Are there charges beyond the monthly fee?
The one-time setup fee, which the Expansion Programme waives, and extra users beyond your plan's allowance at AED 99 a month each. Email alerts, PDF reports, data migration, CSV export, support and training are included. We do not charge separately for API access, storage or backups.
What counts as a unit?
One lettable space — an apartment, a villa, a shop or an office. Buildings, landlords, tenants and contracts are not counted and are not limited. A 40-unit office with 300 historic contracts and 900 cheques is still on the Starter plan.
Do you charge more for Arabic?
No. Both languages are part of the product, not a localisation package sold on top. Every plan includes the full Arabic interface, Arabic reports and Arabic PDFs.
